A Little Bit About Me…
Reading has always been my escape. Growing up it allowed me to open my mind to possibilities and places I could never have imagined. Books helped me to start thinking and expressing myself creatively and led to my career in marketing.
I have been a Marketing Strategist & Event Planner for over 30 years and it brings me unbelievable joy to coach writers as they put their best work on the page, AND to help them reach the readers who are anxiously awaiting their next great book! Jumping up and down over here!
I am passionate about the things that I love. My family, friends (furry and human) and doing fulfilling work that has purpose and meaning. I started Kaleidoscope Creative to help writers because I am fascinated by the process of bringing a story to life.

I love romance! It’s my genre of choice - don’t care what the sub-genre is but I do have some favorites - Rom-coms, Military, Suspense, Historical, Small Town, HOLIDAY - welp, it looks like I have a long list of favorites!
Been reading them since I was in grade school. I feel strongly that romance writers are not appreciated enough for their talent and ability to write AWESOME books. There! I said it! The great part of coaching writers in marketing strategy - the genre doesn’t matter - just the plan.
No guarantees that you will sell a million books or be on the NYT Best Sellers List, cause that would just be silly and if someone tries to give you that guarantee - RUN!
I will meet you where you are on your journey. You are the writer and the owner of your story - I’m your support, accountability partner, teacher and biggest cheerleader.
I can’t wait to meet you!
P. S. I love to laugh and have fun when I am working. Humor is my “go to” when dealing with stress - just a heads up!

“Rebecca has been a critical partner as I continue to revise my novel. She reviewed my draft and helped me see where my story wasn’t working. She organized her feedback so that I knew the priorities I needed to address and where I could make the biggest improvements. It’s often difficult to see the flaws in our own work when we’ve toiled over every chapter, scene, and sentence. Rebecca was empathetic as she delivered her feedback, and I really felt she understood the challenges we all face in getting the right words on the page. I know that she’s genuinely invested in my success.”
